Issue = Limbs very cold, chronic backpain, poor appetite and lack of energy.
Remedial = Qigong learnt from elsewhere, mainly plant-based diet.

Mama Carol was 1 of the first students who signed up for Infinite Qigong with me. She underwent a major surgery when delivering her only daughter rendered her weak since.
In the first class, her palms couldn't even warm up after rubbing for a good 3 minutes, that I'd to do it for her and warm her back. Most people have enough warmth in the palms after rubbing, she's 1 of the rare ones who can't.
Her chronic backpain is such that she can't walk, sit or stand for too long, I've to often reduce her practise frequency to let her rest by sitting on the chair.
After I checked her diet, how she got so weak, I introduced a few simple tasty soup for her to make 3x a week to drink, made with pork thigh bones for the collagen, suitable to her body constitution.

Because of her worse-than-usual backpain, I taught her to lie on her front to do my breathing exercise + never over-exert herself by over-practising my Infinite Qigong. Over-exercising robs of our body resources, namely Qi and blood = nutrients.
Athletes, especially competitive and contact sports one suffer most.
Infinite Qigong, when coupled with synchronized movements + correct breathing and suitable diet, improves health issues very quickly than purely exercise or food or medicine alone. I'd thumb the recovery rate as faster by 100%.
I also referred Mama Carol to an old TCM doctor to hasten her recovery with the right TCM herbs. That old TCM doctor is the only one I endorsed after having tested a few in Singapore, he doesn't know that I refer people over.
She went to him for only 3 times, continue with my Infinite Qigong practice and tasty herbal soups, all to the T.
In 4 weeks, her back no longer ache and she can walk faster. Most importantly, she has a subtle glow on her face and regain some pink on the skin.
She also reported that she can't even finish half a bowl of rice, and had to push to her husband, and she could finish a bowl by herself. Her husband was very surprised! Hahahahahahahaha! :D
