Case study 1 = Severe eczema
Student = Jack, executive with local IT company
Issue = Large eczema wounds covering limbs, legs, severe itch, poor sleep
Remedial = Western medicine, TCM doctors
Results = Futile.
Infinite Qigong result = Success in 2 months.
Case study 2 = Eczema at feet
Student = Homemaker, Fang Fang
Issue = Pus-eczema wounds at feet, severe itch, poor sleep at night
Remedial = TCM, Western medicine, home remedies
Results = Futile.
Infinite Qigong result = Success in 1 month.
This is a 2-in-1 casestudy, that I'll be sharing here, of 2 eczema cases = 1 severe, 1 normal.
Both exhibit one same issue, severe itch in the middle of the night that sleep is very poor. I'm sure this is the common suffering among eczema sufferers, itch at certain part of the day, or constantly thru the day.
Eczema is 1 of the most common chronic illnesses in the damp + highly humid Singapore, and like all Western doctors, they'll sentence the illness as incurable and only controllable via steroid cream.
But such cream has much adverse side effects e.g thinning of skin, affect immune system etc.
On the same plane, many TCM doctors have issue curing eczema as many have too little knowledge on dietary advice. Eczema is a super sensitive illness, it must to be cured in a 3-prong strategy:
- Dietary restrictions
- Infinite Qigong (to get the Qi + blood going)
- Emotional stability
- TCM herbs
No other way.
The dietary strategy part is the most torturing, as most people are unable to do it without sacrificing 90% of their fave food + usual diet. To keep this post from too long, the following must be banned:
- All seafood
- Mushrooms of all types
- Chicken, duck (all winged animals)
- Extreme temperature prepared food = BBQ, fried, pan-fried, grilled
- Raw, fridge-cold, frozen food of any kind (fruits, salads, sashimi etc)
- Food that are sweet or with added sugar
- Spicy food
- Caffeine food = chocolate, tea, coffee etc
- Preserved food, "cooling" food...
And more, alot more.
In TCM view, these food are horrible triggers to more eczema wounds and itch, so they must be out of the list till the body stabilize enough to reintroduce them to the body.
While I was trying to cure these 2 poor students, I do feel alot of heartache for them, but the horrible itch must be arrested. Hence, I comforted them and gave loads of moral support throughout.
Next, the TCM herbs.
Many TCM doctors are unable to cure eczema fast enough because the Food Nono aren't advised, and skin illnesses are most sensitive to food triggers.
The herbs I wrote for them are to clear off all Damp Heat in the body, improve the Spleen, Liver and Kidney functions. None of them were expensive herbs like ginseng, seahorse, sea dragon, cordyceps etc.
When the major weakened organs are supported back to recovery, the wounds will automatically heal on its own. And the itch is the first to subside.
With the itch is first to subside, my students can finally sleep better at night = improving Liver functions to detox itself for the body.
Then comes emotions.
In TCM, and in much clinical studies in the Western medical field, emotional upheavals trigger more wounds and itch. For any skin disease patient to recover completely, the emotions must be in check = no significant anger, frustrations, desperation etc. Why?
In TCM, these emotions affect the Liver functions, and our Liver is one of the largest detox system. As the skin is down with disease = the detox ability cannot function well already, the liver mustn't go down already.
Without a good body to detox our daily emotional, environmental and food pollutants, we can almost forget about healing any skin illness....
Last but not least, Infinite Qigong.
Because my Qigong only needs 1 to practice 15 minutes a day, this gives loads of convenience to working Jack and the busy homemaker Fang Fang.
My Qigong improves the sluggish Qi and blood flow in the whole body, making the whole system work better together to detox the stagnated Damp Heat, and helping the weakened organs to recover themselves to former glory.
Recovering from skin illnesses isn't difficult, but a huge tonne of determination is needed to abstain from the offending food that can trigger more wounds and itch must be strictly adhered to.
This leaves one with only super boring food to eat.
But with determination to heal, nothing is too difficult at all. :)
Below are pictures taken by Fang Fang on her eczema feet's healing progress in 1 month. :)
The photos are the tracking progress of the wounds since Fang Fang joined the Infinite Qigong family, Jack didn't take photos to track. I must really thank Fang Fang for the initiative to share these precious testimonial to her recovery.
In fact, the photos stop as the itch subsided 95% + the wounds look almost nothing left. However, they're not good enough to me.
Only 100% recovery is my aim, hence, I'm still fine-tuning their diet + TCM herbal brew so they recover completely. Why?
Because if not, they can flare up again, and as we age, it'd be even more difficult to heal...
