Case study = Executive Health Problems
Student = BD Director with $40-million revenue local SME
Issue = Insomnia + Prostate Issue + Poor Mood + Work Stress
Remedial = Taijiquan classes in Community Center near his home, wine after work to help sleep
Results = Futile.
Infinite Qigong result = Success in 4 weeks.
This is 1 of my first batch students, who has prostate issues before (that I cured thereafter too), but I feel the need to share his case-study, as it's very common among executives of any gender.
His work involves flying between Singapore and other countries, wining and dining potential clients, internal meetings in company for WIP (work-in-progress), and the usual work politics and struggles.
And then, the struggles with Life in general, which I'm sure everyone is trying to deal with too.
His issues are very much like alot of corporate people out there,. And the bigger the company, the higher they go, the more drama and politics.
I was there before, I know very well how it's like. :)
He came to me listing all his issues and as usual, using my Sherlock Holmes clue finding mode, I asked many questions about his diet and lifestyle.
And my conclusion is what you may have expected = stress.
The media and doctors have mentioned endless times of how detrimental stress is to health, but nothing concrete have been thrown up on dealing with it.
And this is where Infinite Qigong® comes in.
In every classes, I sought to relax everyone with technical and psychological methods. Technical = breathing techniques; psychological = I make people laugh.
Isn't laughter a good medicine?
Once we can laugh, once we can relax, tremendous positive effects happen in our body.
- Blood flow slows down
- Heart rate slows down
- Mind relaxes = stop producing stress hormones
- Breathing is regular (not shallow and inconsistent)
- Brain stops being wild
When we can achieve this state = our body starts to heal of all the blockages and inflammations.
This student of mine used to drink wine every night to relax himself to sleep, but he knows it's bad for health.
He tried learning Taijiquan in the community center to relax himself, but no progress too.
** It's not that Taijiquan isn't good, but the person teaching it isn't good enough. Like all orthodox religions are good, but some people in it made it bad. It's the same.
Once he comes to me for Infinite Qigong, able to relax with my breathing methods, his first most prominent improvement is his sleep.
He doesn't need an adapting period to slowly ease into good sleep = he immediately sleeps well at night after class.
With that, we know that it's stress-related insomnia, not nutrition or illness related, which would need food and medicine to cure.
Stress-related insomnia is the easiest to cure with me, however, those who are a habitual and serious worry-wart or in mental illness, would take a longer time to see effects.
Going deeper into the classes, he'd excuse himself to the restroom to expel the loads of phlegm mid-way, in every class.
These are accumulated stress-related material lodged in our system, which many of us have. Once we found the right way to deal with our Life's struggles, our life would improve.
In Life, work is just a means to pay our bills. All we need to do, is do it well do it good, and leave all the stress in the office for the next day.
The boss is also human = prone to errors and definitely have flaws, let it go. Our job in the office to make sure the work delegated to us are done ok.
Colleagues in the office are mostly not friends material, make friends outside office. Less will be at stake too.
Family is team-work, no one is God, no one is free of errors or flawless, discuss things privately if needed and everyone progress together.
I know that it's all theory here, this is why students would confide in me out of class and I'd advice on next-steps to help their personal life.
I've rich experience handling humans, I'm very happy to share my experience. :)
Come for my class, you'll never regret it. Or your money back. :)
