Case study = Lethargy + eczema + sleep issues
Student = IT executive in government body
Remedial = Cooling herbal tea
Results = Futile.
Infinite Qigong result = Success in 1 week for lethargy + sleep issues, eczema improves with 1 week of TCM prescription
This is a very interesting student, he is a very introvert and shy guy who doesn't speak up much in the class. Only when I ask after him will he respond.
And I'm not a stunning beauty! :P
When he first comes for class, he looked pale and yellow on the face. After a few classes, his energy is visibly better with less yellow. If I didn't see wrongly, I think he slimmed down abit.
Many people, when learning Infinite Qigong® with me, will slim down in form of fats and/or water, from the water retention in their system.
As they consistently work on Infinite Qigong® at home or in office, muscle mass will increase. Many students are amazed at the biceps I have.
However, if one wants Arnold Schwarzenegger muscles with Qigong, they'd be disappointed. Qigong builds muscles in the balanced way. :)
But I diagress.
As the class moves along, he starts to open up more with me, and with the opening of TIQ Center where I moved the class over, we have a nice lounge to sit in and chat after classes.
This was when he told me of his skin issue.
I got him to pull up his top for me to see, asked more of his conditions, I recommended a change in his diet and wrote a very simple damp-reducing TCM soup formula for him to brew at home.
After the week of brewing, he came back for class and said, "Wow, my skin conditions improved alot! And my sleep got even better!"
This is the result of damp-heat that affects about 60%-70% of us Singaporeans. But not all would manifest on the skin, affecting our sleep quality and our weight are what most of us got.
Our local diet is heavy in spices, oil, sugar and chili, when taken in the long term without sweating out successfully in the non-aircon environment, these food would be trapped in our system by way of dampness or damp heat (湿或湿热).
They'll affect our sleep quality and weight.
And in longer term, these dampness would attack our internal organs and/or joints, typically in our middle or old age.
This is why in Infinite Qigong®, I emphasize so piously on Dietary + Exercise + Perspective changes for a real holistic health.
There isn't a 1 single way to cure any illness in the world, like there isn't only 1 factor for success, it's always a few important elements working together dynamically for things to happen.
See you in class. :)
